Biography
Sourav Das is an Indian independent singer-songwriter, music composer and live vocalist based in Kolkata, West Bengal. Working predominantly in the indie music circle and the live performance circuit, he has carved out a space for himself as a modern independent musical artist.
His work is contemporary indie music, soulful modern melodies, and reimagined classic Bollywood and retro covers. He writes and composes his own material — one of his better-known independent releases is the hill-inspired single “Oi Pahar Ghesha”.
He is highly active across the live concert scene of West Bengal, performing regularly in Khardah and Uluberia among others, and appears on international stages alongside prominent mainstream musical acts.
