The people who run it
Sanhoti has no paid staff. The committee is elected from the membership and turns over each year — they book the venues, cook the food, run the sound desk and file the accounts, on top of their day jobs.

How the committee works
Office-holders are elected from the membership for a one-year term. Decisions about programming, spending and partnerships are taken collectively, and the accounts are presented to members. Becoming a member gives you a vote in that.
