- What documentation will our finance team need?
- Our legal name is Sanhoti Inc, EIN 39-2903777, registered at 23 Calle Alamitos, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688. We can supply our IRS determination letter, a W-9 and an itemised acknowledgement of any contribution. Ask and we will send the set.
- Do you support employee matching-gift programmes?
- Yes. Most portals need our legal name, EIN and address, all of which are above. If your provider needs us to confirm a gift or register as an eligible organisation, send us the request and we will complete it.
- Can our team volunteer together?
- Yes, and it works well. Event setup, kitchen service and the charity walks all absorb a group easily. Give us a rough headcount and a date and we will find the right shift.
- What does a multi-year partnership look like?
- A committed annual amount lets us plan more than one season ahead — book venues earlier, confirm artists sooner, and start programmes that need continuity, particularly the children’s cultural sessions. In return you get consistent recognition rather than a one-off mention.
